PRICING AND SERVICES

We reserve the right to change our prices, products, and services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. Current prices and schedule will be listed on the website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of a membership must be communicated to Balanced Female Fitness via email to info@balancedfemalefitness.com. To cancel before the next billing cycle, all requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the renewal date.

Refunds for memberships, passes, and add-ons will only be given within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be given for reserved drop-in classes, unless the class was cancelled by BFF or the client contacted info@balancedfemalefitness.com at least two hours prior to the start of class to reschedule.

Cancellations for Sunday in-person class need to be made by 7pm on Saturday to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. Pass holders will have the class deducted from their pass and membership holders will be sent a PayPal invoice for $15.

HOLDS AND EXTENSIONS

Memberships may be placed on hold one time per calendar year for a maximum of two months. To place a hold before the next billing cycle, all requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the renewal date to info@balancedfemalefitness.com

Extensions for passes will be handled at the discretion of Balanced Female Fitness. Requests for an extension should be emailed to info@balancedfemalefitness.com at least two weeks prior to the expiration of the pass.

ENROLLMENT

To attend classes, clients should enroll 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. All enrollment can be completed on www.balancedfemalefitness.com or through the Wix Fitness app. For morning classes, if no client is registered by 9pm the prior night, the class is subject to cancellation. In unforeseen circumstances where classes are cancelled due to lack of instructor coverage, clients will maintain the value of the cancelled class and can reschedule for a future class.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service without advance notice for violation of the terms or any applicable law or regulation.
