PRICING AND SERVICES
We reserve the right to change our prices, products, and services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. Current prices and schedule will be listed on the website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of a membership must be communicated to Balanced Female Fitness via email to info@balancedfemalefitness.com. To cancel before the next billing cycle, all requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the renewal date.

Refunds for memberships, passes, and add-ons will only be given within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be given for reserved drop-in classes, unless the class was canceled by Balanced Female Fitness or the client contacted info@balancedfemalefitness.com at least two hours prior to the start of class to reschedule.

Cancellations for in-person classes with a limited number of spaces need to be made by 7pm the night prior to avoid a late cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of a drop-in class ($15 for a 30-minute class and $20 for a 50-minute class). If clients are a no-show, pass holders will have the class deducted from their pass and membership holders will be sent a PayPal invoice. If an in-person class is moved to Zoom and a client no longer wishes to attend, she can cancel without penalty.

HOLDS AND EXTENSIONS
Memberships may be placed on hold one time per calendar year for a maximum of two months. To place a hold before the next billing cycle, all requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the renewal date to info@balancedfemalefitness.com.
Extensions for passes will be handled at the discretion of Balanced Female Fitness. Requests for an extension should be emailed to info@balancedfemalefitness.com at least two weeks prior to the expiration of the pass.

ENROLLMENT
To attend classes, clients should enroll 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for evening classes and by 9pm the prior night for all morning classes. Classes that do not meet a minimum enrollment of two clients according to this time frame will be canceled. All enrollment can be completed on www.balancedfemalefitness.com or through the Wix Fitness app. In unforeseen circumstances where classes are canceled due to lack of instructor coverage, clients will maintain the value of the canceled class and can reschedule for a future class.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service without advance notice for violation of the terms or any applicable law or regulation.

COVID-19 POLICY
The health and safety of our class participants is a top priority. With the risk of COVID-19 still present, Balanced Female Fitness (BFF) may need to update and modify our safety protocols to protect the health and safety of our class participants, which includes clients and instructors.

Our policies related to COVID-19 are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic and in accordance with mandates put in place by health authorities and/or our partners - including the City of Falls Church, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), the Commonwealth of Virginia, and The Falls Church Episcopal and Bethlehem Lutheran (locations of our indoor classes).

Health Checks Prior to Arrival
For all in-person classes, indoors and outdoors, class participants are asked to do their own health check prior to attending class. Women are asked not to join in-person if they are currently experiencing or have recently experienced any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other potential symptoms of COVID-19. Women should also not attend in person if they, or any member of their household, have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus and/or is currently quarantining because of a close contact with someone infected with COVID-19.

Waiver of Liability
Given the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, these health and safety policies implemented by BFF cannot eliminate the risk that you are exposed to, contract, or spread COVID-19 while attending class. By registering for class, each participant releases and forever discharges and holds harmless Balanced Female Fitness, Inc., its owners and contractors, from any and all liability, claims, and demands which the attendee or any of its heirs, assigns, next of kin or legal representatives may have which arise from the exposure, transmission, or spread of COVID-19 as a result of participation in class.
