Covid-19 Policy

The health and safety of our class participants is a top priority. With the risk of COVID-19 still present, Balanced Female Fitness (BFF) may need to update and modify our safety protocols to protect the health and safety of our class participants, which includes clients and instructors.

Our policies related to COVID-19 are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic and in accordance with mandates put in place by health authorities and/or our partners - including the City of Falls Church, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), the Commonwealth of Virginia, and The Falls Church Episcopal and Bethlehem Lutheran (locations of our indoor classes).

Health Checks Prior to Arrival

For all in-person classes, indoors and outdoors, class participants are asked to do their own health check prior to attending class. Women are asked not to join in-person if they are currently experiencing or have recently experienced any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other potential symptoms of COVID-19. Women should also not attend in person if they, or any member of their household, have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus and/or is currently quarantining because of a close contact with someone infected with COVID-19.

Waiver of Liability

Given the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, these health and safety policies implemented by BFF cannot eliminate the risk that you are exposed to, contract, or spread COVID-19 while attending class. By registering for class, each participant releases and forever discharges and holds harmless Balanced Female Fitness, Inc., its owners and contractors, from any and all liability, claims, and demands which the attendee or any of its heirs, assigns, next of kin or legal representatives may have which arise from the exposure, transmission, or spread of COVID-19 as a result of participation in class.
