Shannon Cohn

INSTRUCTOR

Shannon discovered her love for group fitness when she started teaching elementary school physical education. As an ACE Group Fitness certified professional and former athlete, Shannon loves sharing the joy that movement brings to the lives of others. She is currently taking a break from teaching classes as she manages lumbar spondylosis but continues to help BFF behind the scenes! You can spot her in Falls Church on the playground with her baby boy, walking her dog, or cooking up something tasty in the kitchen.
