Lauren Surber

CO-OWNER AND INSTRUCTOR

Lauren was an athlete through college and loved the community sports gave her. Post college, she struggled to find the fun in exercise and desired a community that would keep her accountable. Group fitness gave her that! Lauren is an AFAA Group Fitness Certified professional who began teaching group fitness classes 3 years ago after her first son was born. She is also an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. As co-owner of Balanced Female Fitness, she can’t wait to help other women find their happiness on their own personal health journey. Lauren is also a wife, mom to two young boys, and a first grade teacher.
