HIIT Plus
30 & 50 MINUTE CLASS
Reap the benefits of true HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) through bursts of cardio, followed by strength and core training sets. High intensity doesn’t have to mean high impact. We offer modifications to make the most of YOUR workout.
Strength +
Strength Plus
30 & 50 MINUTE CLASS
Increase reps or weight each week, track your progress, and watch yourself get stronger! The pace is slow and deliberate to focus on form and effectively work your muscles. Strength Plus ends with a quick HIIT finisher.
Gentle Yoga
30 MINUTE CLASS
Ease sore muscles and build flexibility as you move through simple yoga poses and stretches. We layer in breath and end with a relaxation/meditation to bring calmness to your body and mind.
pyroPILATES
50 MINUTE CLASS
Train low impact (with high burn factor) through pilates-based strength and core conditioning movements. Warm up with planks and classic pilates exercises, then move into a series of strengthening tabatas, and end with a body part burn out.
