30 MINUTE CLASS

​

Reap the benefits of true HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), an efficient and effective way to train. Get your heart pumping through short bursts of intense cardio for 20 minutes, followed by a brief active recovery set. High intensity doesn’t have to mean high impact. We offer modifications to make the most of YOUR workout.

HIIT Plus

50 MINUTE CLASS

Get all the benefits of our HIIT Hustle class plus extended strength and core training sets. Bring a resistance band or a set of light weights.

Strength Circuit

30 MINUTE CLASS

​

Grab a set of weights (our instructors will demonstrate with a 10-lb set) to strengthen your entire body. You’ll move through 8-10 exercises, in a circuit style class. The pace is slow and deliberate to focus on form and effectively work your muscles.

Gentle Yoga

30 MINUTE CLASS

​

Ease sore muscles and build flexibility as you move through simple yoga poses and stretches. We layer in breath and end with a relaxation/meditation to bring calmness to your body and mind.

pyroPILATES

50 MINUTE CLASS

​

Train low impact (with high burn factor) through pilates-based strength and core conditioning movements. Warm up with planks and classic pilates exercises, then move into a series of strengthening tabatas, and end with a body part burn out.
