Get all the benefits of our HIIT Hustle class plus extended strength and core training sets. Bring a resistance band or a set of light weights. WHERE TO FIND CLASS: Empower Fitness - 9693B Main Street, Fairfax, VA - located in the Woodson Square office space next door to Woodson High School. WHAT TO BRING: - Mat - Any yoga/exercise mat will work. No mat? Bring a cushy towel. - Resistance band or light weights (5 -10 lb set works best for our strength exercises). - Water - Hydrate before, during, and after class!
