Would it be possible to have 45 minute walk tomorrow? I normally have some wiggle room but need to be at work tomorrow pretty early. If folks would like to go longer, I can find my way back…

Tamara is out of town, however, Joy Page and I are definitely in for walking tomorrow Wednesday 630am! Come meet at Lincoln Park crosswalk & join us for a 45-60 min moderate paced walk.

Welcome to the Wednesday 9:30am walking group led by Jeanine. The group will meet on Wednesdays in October (October 9, 16, 23, 30) at 9:30am at Idylwood Park, 7709 Virginia Lane, Falls Church, VA. Just like our BFF classes, plan to meet a few minutes early in the parking lot. We'll make one loop down the park trail toward the tennis courts, over the small bridge and back up the W&OD trail to the parking lot to pick up any stragglers, and then we'll continue down the trail to Gallows Road from there.
