About Us
In the ups and downs as a busy woman, let our classes and community bring you back into balance. At Balanced Female Fitness, we believe in a balance of the basics in exercise: get your heart pumping, strengthen your muscles, stretch and rest your body. We offer a variety of class times and length of classes through both in person and live virtual (Zoom) workouts. Our supportive instructors take the time to get to know you and empower you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Join us for classes to bring your health and happiness into balance.
Cardio HIIT
Get your heart pumping through short bursts of cardio, followed by active recovery incorporating strength and core moves.
Strength
Strengthen your body in a circuit-style class that focuses on pace and form to effectively work your muscles.
Yoga
Move your body through simple yoga poses and stretches to ease sore muscles and build flexibility.
Pilates
Consider this class your "prehab," and build critical core, joint, and muscular strength for your day-to-day activities.
