About Us

In the ups and downs as a busy woman, let our classes and community bring you back into balance. At Balanced Female Fitness, we believe in a balance of the basics in exercise: get your heart pumping, strengthen your muscles, stretch and rest your body. We offer a variety of class times and length of classes through live virtual workouts via Zoom. Our supportive instructors keep you accountable, take the time to get to know you, and empower you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Join us for classes to bring your health and happiness into balance.
