HIIT Plus (Ferocity Dance Studio)
Service Description
Reap the benefits of true HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), an efficient and effective way to train. Get your heart pumping through short bursts of intense cardio for 20 minutes, followed by strength and core training sets. High intensity doesn’t have to mean high impact. We offer modifications to make the most of YOUR workout. Bring a resistance band or a set of weights (~5-10lbs). WHERE TO FIND CLASS: Class will be held at Ferocity Dance Studio located at 900 S. Washington St., B101, Falls Church, VA. Park in front of the building and use the entrance on the right side of the building (closest to 7-11). Follow the stairs down to the basement level to enter the studio. WHAT TO BRING: - Mat - Any yoga/exercise mat will work. No mat? Bring a cushy towel. - Resistance band or light weights (5 -10 lb set works best for our strength exercises). - Water - Hydrate before, during, and after class! - Shoes to change into for class, if it's inclement weather
