Free Self Compassion Workshop
Join us for a virtual 40-minute workshop on Zoom followed by Q&A with Dr. Laura Feagans Gould, psychologist and mindfulness researcher & teacher. How do we quiet our inner critic and treat ourselves with the same kindness and care as we do others? How can we motivate ourselves with self-compassion rather than self-criticism? Over 1,000 research studies now demonstrate that self-compassion is a key element of maintaining healthy behaviors, resilience, and overall well-being.
